Our Team

    Operators first, investors second.

We've built and run businesses, and we invest the same way.

    Gary Campbell

    Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Gary has spent nearly forty years in UK industrial businesses, and he learned them from the ground up. A qualified electrical engineer, he started on site and progressed through operations and the boardroom to ownership. He went on to buy, build and sell industrial businesses, including bringing several together into a larger, modernised group.

He has sat on both sides of the table: as the owner handing over a business he built, and as the buyer responsible for what comes next. When he sold his own business, he stayed on as Chairman.

At INFRANOVA, Gary leads origination, operational due diligence and value creation. He brings an operator’s eye to every opportunity: whether profit is really turning into cash, what the business needs to grow, and how to protect what the founder has built.

Blair Campbell, Co-Founder & Investment Partner

    Blair Campbell

    Co-Founder & Investment Partner

Blair began his career as an HVAC engineer in industrial and commercial building services, giving him a practical understanding of how engineering businesses operate. He went on to deliver property developments and run construction projects in Spain, then led and advised on real estate transactions in Dubai.

Most recently, he worked in investor relations and capital raising at an international venture capital firm, including serving as the firm’s board observer at an AI infrastructure company.

At INFRANOVA, Blair leads fundraising, investor relations and transaction structuring. He brings together an engineer’s grounding and an investor’s discipline, and brings modern tools and data to how the firm sources, analyses and manages its investments.
